Multiple long-term conditions

The Multiple long-term conditions SIG aims to promote and share research and ideas on the understanding and management of multiple long-term conditions in primary care.

  • To identify and build a group of academics, stakeholders, patients, and public, interested in developing and supporting research on multiple long-term conditions in primary care.
  • To promote the inclusion of teaching on multimorbidity in undergraduate teaching and general practice training.
  • To support the sharing and development of ideas and collaborations in this field.
  • To support and include early career researchers developing expertise in the field.

The SIG is open to all SAPC members working in this field. It is likely to be of interest to clinical, PHOCUS and PPI members.
