Conference prizes for our members

SAPC offers prizes each year to presenters at the annual scientific meeting.  The prize winners are announced in the closing session of the conference.

SAPC Senior Investigator Research Prizes

Winners of the SAPC Senior Investigator Research Prizes will be eligible for a travel bursary, with the opportunity to present their work at a Distinguished Paper slot at the annual NAPCRGAAAPC or ASME conferences. These are important opportunities to showcase APC and SAPC.

You can indicate if you would like to be considered when you submit your abstract.

SAPC Junior Research Prize

The winner of the SAPC Junior Investigator Research Prize will be eligible for a travel bursary.

To be considered, tick the box for "I am an early career academic" on the abstract submission form.

Distinguished Paper

Two Distinguished Paper prizes are awarded from the top 10 scoring abstracts.

These will be judged by the host scientific committee and SAPC Chair and winners will be notified in advance of the ASM.

The top 5 scoring abstracts with an education theme will be judged at the ASM.
