1st July 2019 - call for abstracts opens
1st September 2019 - abstract submission deadline for presentations and workshops (please note workshop deadline extended - was 31st July)
15th September 2019 - confirmation of acceptance will be sent by email
17th October 2019 - earliest deadline for hotel bookings - check details in venue below
Call for workshop proposals - deadline extended to 1st September 2019
Please submit via email your proposal as a word file attachment (text no more than 350 words plus title) and a short bio of the workshop facilitator(s) to Dr Izabella Penier
